The ultimate rose sliding sash windows

The Ultimate Rose sliding sash windows are designed to capture the look of traditional timber sashes, using modern uPVC instead. Manufactured in the UK, they feature authentic detailing and proportions that suit heritage-style homes perfectly.

Finished in a white wood-grain effect, they offer the warmth of timber without the upkeep. The Leech family now benefit from better insulation, smoother operation and reduced noise, all while keeping the familiar sash window style.

Overhead concealed trickle vents

Trickle vents now play an essential role in modern window installations and are required under current Building Regulations. For this project, we installed overhead concealed trickle vents, neatly integrated into the top of the window frames.

They allow a controlled flow of fresh air into the home, helping to reduce condensation and improve indoor air quality. Because they are concealed, they do this without interrupting the clean, traditional appearance of the windows.

Heritage flush sash windows and rear door combination

The Deceuninck Heritage flush sash windows were chosen for other elevations of the property. These sit flush within the frame, closely replicating traditional timber windows and tying in seamlessly with the sliding sash windows through matching colour and finish.

To the rear, we installed a white uPVC door with a large central glazed panel. This allows natural light to flood the space and works beautifully alongside the glazed roof above, creating a bright and welcoming feel.

Composite entrance doors

Composite doors are made using a combination of materials to deliver strength, insulation and security in one solid design. For the Leech family, we fitted a COMP-DOOR composite entrance door, manufactured in the UK.

With a 48mm solid timber core, it provides excellent thermal performance and a reassuringly robust feel. This helps keep heat inside the home and adds an extra layer of security at the main entrance.
