Deceuninck Heritage Storm Proof design sculptured windows and French door

Our clients for this project chose Lifestyle Windows because of our comprehensive product range. They wanted to upgrade their windows with new high-performing alternatives that didn’t detract from the property’s heritage character.

To tastefully complement the classic farmhouse style of the property, we suggested using Heritage Storm Proof designed sculptured windows from Deceuninck. Made from high quality uPVC, these windows offer a wide range of features and benefits including:

Designed to open outwards for improved functionality, Deceuninck sculptured windows were the perfect choice for this project. We also installed a set of matching Deceuninck sculptured French doors to create a uniform visual aesthetic.

Heritage white finish with Astragal bars

To ensure that the new windows and French doors were perfectly in keeping with the property’s traditional appearance, our clients specified a heritage white finish on both the windows and French doors. This cool shade is bright and understated, bringing a touch of vitality to the property exterior.

Our customers also opted for astragal bars to be incorporated into the glazing design. Astragal bars are synonymous with period property glazing and are the perfect finishing touch to this cottage upgrade project.

Composite doors in complementing Chartwell Green

The final part of this upgrade project involved installing two replacement entrance doors. Our clients wanted doors that combined the best in home security with a stunning visual aesthetic. After discussing the options, they decided that composite doors were the best choice.

Composite doors are the most secure entrance door available today. For this project, out client opted for vertical panelled composite doors finished in classic Chartwell Green. They chose a rectangular glazed section to sit in the top section of the door with decorative glass featuring a central diamond shaped design. A black door handle was chosen and a white frame surround to accentuate the vibrancy of the doors’ appearance.

Our clients were delighted with the overall standard of the project and are now enjoying their new and improved home living space.
