Sleek Rosewood flush sash windows

The Ellis family found Lifestyle Windows after doing an internet search for local glazing companies. After speaking with the client, we realised that we had already worked on two neighbouring properties within the village. Once the Ellis family had seen the quality of our work in the area, they decided to choose Lifestyle for their home improvements.

As part of the renovation project, we installed several authentic timber effect replacement heritage flush sash windows. Selected in traditional Rosewood, the new windows perfectly complement the property’s style and help to maximise thermal performance with their high performing uPVC frames.

Using premium uPVC Deceuninck heritage profiles, the new windows easily meet today’s energy efficiency requirements while their multi-point locking systems can achieve stringent PAS 24 and Secured by Design status for a safer home. Their timber effect finish is tasteful and in keeping with the character of the area and realistically replicates the appearance of real wood.

Stylish orangery extension with Ultraframe roof lanterns

The Ellis family had also decided that they needed some extra living space. After discussing their requirements with the Lifestyle team, they selected a steel frame orangery with Ultraframe lantern roofs. Featuring a flat roof design and anthracite grey finish, the orangery is sleek and stylish and a great match with the heritage flush sash windows.

To maximise natural light intake and create a seamless link between interior and exterior living space, the Ellis family opted for two sets of Origin aluminium bifold doors. The orangery’s corner design made it perfect for the bifold doors. With a five-pane configuration to the rear of the extension and a three-pane configuration to the side, the wall of glass effect provides an abundance of natural light combined with the widest possible opening capacity.

The Ellis family were delighted with their new windows and stylish home extension. They are now enjoying as warmer more efficient home and making the most of their stylish extended living space.

Hear from the Ellis Family themselves...

We found Lifestyle from a web search of local businesses and as they had had good reviews we visited their showroom where we could see all the products and discuss what we were looking for. We worked with Lifestyle to get to an excellent extension design as well as replacement windows for our house. Following surveys, looking at samples and many queries answered quickly, Lifestyle provided a good specification of what we agreed and the contract was professionally done and we used it through to completion as a great baseline for the subsequent works and the changes we requested. The delivered products are excellent, high quality and look stunning. The Installation teams were all very professional and finished all the work to a high standard. They were all friendly, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around the house. All snags resolved to our satisfaction. What was really good was the one stop shop service we got from the lifestyle team, they also did landscaping to tie the extension to the garden properly as well as the electrics, plastering, heating and tiling to integrate the new room to the existing house. Overall we love the extension, it’s great quality and we had excellent customer service.
