What is an orangery?
Often confused with a conservatory, an orangery is a grand structure that adds real elegance and excellence to any property in the East Midlands. An orangery is either a square or rectangular shape, either built as a standalone structure or built against the side of the house with windows or a door into the house.
Also boasting a number of features, an orangery includes a flat solid roof with a central glass lantern that is less than 75% glass, tall windows that have less than 50% glass in the wall, and brick-built corner pillars and/or walls.
