Heritage Flush Sash Windows

Coming to prominence in the past ten years or so, flush sash windows are easily recognisable because the glass pane sits completely level with the surrounding frame.

This look will remind some of you of older timber windows, which this style is designed to replicate, but by using modern uPVC materials.

The Baines family chose a Heritage White woodgrain finish for their new glazing, perfectly replicating painted timber, even including detailed foiling.

Using Graf Weld precision welding, the corners of the frames are strong, neat and weather-tight. These windows also offer elite insulation, improved security and require no painting, which makes them an ideal combination of style and performance.

Sliding Patio Doors

The Baines’ home also features a brand new Deceuninck sliding patio door, designed to bring in maximum light and open up the garden with smooth, effortless operation. Unlike traditional hinged doors, these slide horizontally, creating a sleek, modern look without taking up extra space.

Constructed from thermally broken aluminium frames, these doors offer slim sightlines, robust performance, and excellent insulation when combined with double or triple glazing. They are durable, low-maintenance and perfect for homeowners looking to brighten their home while keeping energy bills down.

Comp Door Composite Door

For the front entrance, the Baines’ chose a black Comp Door composite door. Comp Door is known for its robust construction, combining a 48mm solid timber core with a weather-resistant CoolSkin outer finish.

This results in a door that’s secure, thermally efficient and built to last. Multi-point locking hardware ensures safety, while the low-maintenance finish keeps it looking great for years. With a range of styles and glazing options, these doors combine traditional charm with modern performance.
