Our last day is Friday 19th December for the Christmas break, and we will be back in the office on 5th January 2026!
We installed Deceuninck Heritage casement windows finished in rosewood to suit the traditional style of the property. The rosewood finish gives the appearance of painted timber, though these windows are made from modern uPVC. That means the Rose family get the charm of wood without the ongoing maintenance.
Good installation matters just as much as the product itself. Our in-house team took time to ensure every window sat neatly within the existing openings, with clean internal finishes and a weather-tight seal. High performance glazing helps keep heat inside the home, which can reduce the amount of energy needed to stay warm. The windows also feature multi point locking as standard, adding everyday peace of mind.
Deceuninck Heritage WindowsTo complete the front of the house, the Rose family chose a Comp Door composite door. This style offered the solid feel and traditional detailing they were after, alongside modern performance benefits.
Composite doors are designed to keep draughts out and warmth in. The 48mm solid timber core helps improve insulation, while advanced locking systems improve security. Our installers carefully aligned and sealed the door to ensure smooth operation and a snug fit from day one. The finished result looks welcoming from the outside and feels reassuringly robust in daily use.
Composite DoorsConservatories can be the highlight of the home if utilised properly, with modern roofing materials enabling year-round use for whatever purpose best suits you. The Rose’s wanted their conservatory to transform from a cold, inconsistent space to somewhere they could enjoy whatever the weather, whilst increasing the value of their home. We replaced the old roof with Ultraframe’s solid tiled roof system, designed to improve insulation and reduce temperature swings.
Glazed panels were included to maintain natural light. The installation was completed with care and minimal disruption. The conservatory is now a calm, comfortable room that works just as well in January as it does in July.
Tiled RoofsEnergy efficient windows, doors and roofs slow down the movement of heat through your home. This helps keep rooms warmer in winter and cooler in summer. According to the Energy Saving Trust, improving insulation can significantly reduce heat loss, which often leads to lower heating bills and improved comfort.
DoorsA tiled roof can make a conservatory feel more like a natural extension of the house. It reduces glare, cuts down external noise and improves insulation. Many homeowners find the space becomes usable all year, turning it into a dining room, office or family space rather than a seasonal room.
