Depending on the available space, there are four different options for you to choose from. The Studio and the Tall Studio, the latter gives 2900mm of extra height, making it the ideal option for a variety of activities such as a home gym. Or the Pavillion and the Premium Pavillion, the latter features inline columns enabling you to have three glazed walls which deliver high thermal performance and bring in even more natural light.

A comfortable and cosy Garden Room

High quality and low-cost rooflights provide plenty of natural light in contrast to other Garden Rooms, where rooflights can be an expensive addition. The walls provide better insulation than a typical house wall, creating a private and cosy space for you to work, rest and play.

Garden Rooms with a classic finish

Garden Rooms by Ultraframe are finished in contemporary Anthracite Grey, offering a stylish alternative to cedar cladding that won’t fade over time. This simplistic sophisticated finish requires little to no maintenance, so all you have to do is sit back and make use of the extra space.

Integrated LivinRoof as standard

All our Garden Roofs come with a Livinroof as standard, which we know is a benefit that our customers love. Livinroof is a market leading solid roof solution with the ability to achieve a U-value as low as 0.16! Another benefit is that the patented Ultrapanel walls provide better insulation than a typical house, ultimately creating a cosy space that feels like part of your garden.

Garden Rooms feature Super-Insulated Columns, which are five times more thermally efficient than brick piers. All the main components of the Garden Rooms also comply with the latest Building Regulations in terms of energy efficiency and ventilation, so you can rest assured knowing that you will have an energy-efficient space to use all year round.

The Lifestyle guarantee

At Lifestyle, we provide an installation guarantee of 15 years on all products and a comprehensive insurance-backed guarantee (IBG) from the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) for ten years.
